Service Contracts & Pricing
Service contract payments are due every October and the contract is available for download below. Once your contract is received by Southwell Irrigation, you will be automatically be scheduled for your winterization, spring start-up and mid-season walkthrough(s). In order for us to be as efficient as possible, we schedule these services by neighborhood. We will contact you in advance with your scheduled date and remind you to leave us access to your control unit. Contracts ensure that you will have priority scheduling for any in-season service calls you may need and a discounted service rate of $90.00/hour.
